can somebody tell me what this is lol? please It's a Japanese female fighting organization called JEWELS. It's a new promotion that sprang up in the aftermath of the failed Smack Girl promotion. They have only had two shows on 11/16/2008 and 2/4/2009. A 3rd show is scheduled for 5/16/2009 in which a returning fighter with a record of 0-10 will give one more go at getting a win. The shows aren't exclusively MMA and have some oddities mixed in (see photo). So far, they have been naming their shows: JEWELS: 1st Ring JEWELS: 2nd Ring etc...

So I take it its some kind of a gameshow, not just cage fighting. Have you had the luck to see any of the shows yet? I guess its not broadcasted in other country then Japan... And thanks for the info

It's mostly fighting (in the traditional Japanese ring, not a cage). The other stuff is mostly sideshow/halftime stuff.
AFAIK, Jewels doesn't have a TV deal even in Japan. They're struggling as much as Girl Smack did when they lost their TV deal.
FWIW, there's another female fighting org in Japan called Valkyrie who has also picked up some of the Girl Smack fighters. I'm hoping that both orgs merge together and are able to secure a TV deal. The two promotions seem to be cooperating at least on some level already.
I'm a big fan of the female fighters except Carano and Cyborg (they deserve each other). I'd love to see Megumi fight in the USA.
