Bellator XXXVIII is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by Bellator Fighting Championships. The event is scheduled to take place on March 26, 2011 at Harrah's Tunica Hotel and Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. The card is expected to feature opening round fights in the Bellator Season Four Light Heavyweight Tournament. The event will be distributed live in prime time by MTV2.
